EPIC Global Technology has designed and developed specific Web based Product Services and applications that cross many industries, and are designed to provide ongoing enhanced services for manufacturers, retailers, brokers and manufacturer reps, and the retail store itself. The use of EPIC's Product Services allows these entities to collaborate with each other's systems, synchronize database information, and then integrate this information and data with their legacy or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

EPIC's Global Pavilion™ of Web Services allows these entities to collaborate across the Internet with a minimum amount of effort and synchronize with standards-setting organizations such as 1SYNC. This occurs without significant investment and ongoing programming requirements that would occur when an organization would do this in-house. The use of IBM’s network and Application Service Provider (ASP) operations allows the scalability required by large numbers of users.

Where a Trading Partner does not know how to implement Collaborative Commerce solutions, EPIC also provides business and technical Consulting Services for Consumer Package Goods (CPG) trading partners who desire to implement "best practice" processes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), particularly in the area of Trade Promotion Management and Deduction Elimination, linked to 1SYNC. EPIC's management team is well versed in the area of CPG Industry experience linked with the technical expertise of collaborating with 1SYNC.

EPIC will address the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Industry initially, because this is one of the strong segments of expertise of EPIC's management, as well as an immediate need that has occurred because of 1SYNC's implementation of standards for that industry. However, the practical use of EPIC's Global Pavilion™ of Web Services will become available to entities in the Food Service, Hardline Merchandise, Convenience Store, and Pharmaceutical industries within a very short time.

In addition, all of the applications designed and developed for EPIC's Global Pavilion are written for the international markets, supporting multi-languages. This will occur from the beginning, allowing EPIC's Web Services to be utilized globally.
