Marcus A. Hayes, Director of Collaborative Services

Marcus Hayes joined EPIC in 2005 as its Director of Collaborative Services, with primary accountability for the Microsoft modules embedded within the Collaborative Supply Chain Management systems of AquiTec and EPIC. This role requires expert knowledge of collaboration within Data Pools, Item Data Synhcronization, and Category Management functionality. In this capacity, Marcus has also achieved the official designation as a 1SYNC Certfied Consultant.

He began his career with Motorola as a Project Manager, and then joined The Vista Technology Group in that capacity in 1999. In 2002, he became Product Education Specialist at JDA Software. Prior to joining EPIC, Marcus served as the Senior Business Analyst for Excel Corporation, a 3rd party logistics (3PL) company, with accountability for the Kraft Foods account.

Marcus brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the consumer goods industry through his positions in the areas of warehouse management, trade promotion management and specific roles in client user training and quality assurance. He has managed implementation projects with Unilever-Bestfoods, J.M. Smuckers, McCormick & Company, and H.J. Heinz.

He is a graduate of Judson College in Eligin, Illinois, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
