Gregory N. Weismantel, President/CEO, Founder

Prior to founding EPIC Global Technology, Inc., Mr. Weismantel founded and built The Vista Technology Group, Ltd as the leading Trade Promotion Management system in the world. He grew Vista into a $10 million business, with customers such as McCormick Spices, Quaker Oats, H.J. Heinz and others. The company was later sold to JDA Software of Phoenix, AZ.

Mr. Weismantel spent over 25 years in Executive sales and marketing positions within the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Industry. He spent 15 years with General Foods Corporation in upper management sales and marketing positions; three years as President/CEO of Manor House Foods, Chicago; three years as a shareholder and Vice President for Professional Marketers, Inc., the largest food broker in Chicago; and two years as Senior Vice President for Louis Allen Associates, a top 100 management consulting firm located in Palo Alto, CA.

While his background is in the CPG Industry, Mr. Weismantel also formed a management consulting firm in 1992, which developed a management process for corporations requiring management process infrastructure.

Mr. Weismantel is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago. He has been recognized by his peers and listed in Who's Who in America each year since 1993. In 2001, he was a finalist for the KPMG Illinois High Tech Awards for entrepreneurial accomplishment in technology.
