Don Beach, Director of Data Synchronization, Technical

Don Beach joined the EPIC team in 2005 as its Technical Director of Data Synchronization. With his extensive background of LANSA applications, Don is accountable for the technical design of the web services and the communication of systems for Collaborative Supply Chain Management, with particular emphasis on Data Synchronization.

With an accomplished background in software development and architecture, Don has successfully completed data migration and conversion projects for many distinguished clients such as American Express, Prudential Financial, Material Sciences Corporation, and Cargill. He was also integrally involved in the development of the industry's only Synon/2E to LANSA migration utility.

Mr. Beach has product knowledge expertise that includes Visual LANSA, LANSA for iSeries, Advantage Plex, and Advantage 2E, in addition to HTML/XML, SQL, Sequel, C, C++, Windows APIs and COBOL.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with majors in Computer Science and Economics. He also has received the prestigious designation as Certified in Production and Inventory Control (CPIM) systems.
