The role of the Board of Directors is to provide expertise and direction to the Management Team, particulary in areas of financial and fiduciary accountability, while providing management oversight of the Key Objectives of the company.
The Corporation's bylaws provide for five seats on its Board of Directors, and the individuals below are the initial members of that Board, with other members to be named in the future.
